Villa Bussola - Le Marche - Central Italy

Apartment (45 m²) for 4 people and and additional baby

Clean, tastefully furnished and with private lockable entrance, private living room/kitchen and private bathroom with shower. The kitchens are modern and well equipped, the beds are comfortable. In the kitchen and master bedroom you'll find a ceiling fan.

 

APARTMENT 'LA STALLA'

This apartment is on the ground floor and was originally the stable. It is also fully equipped for disabled persons (toilet, supports, shower tray at floor level, wide doors, etc.). If necessary the sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping place to one extra person. Outside there is a private terrace with a beautiful view.

 

APARTMENT "LA RESIDENZA"

This apartment is on the first floor and was originally the residence of the wine farmer and his family. However, if required, the main bedroom alone can be let as a B&B room (SUD). The large terrace on the first floor is available for all the B&B guests, here you will find garden sets and shade.

Facilities available for additional payment:

- Extra bed (baby bed for free)
- Extra roomcleaning
- Use of washingmachine + iron and ironing board
Pets are not allowed in the apartments
Linen are inclusive. Roomcleaning and breakfast are not inclusive.

TIME:
Open h9:00-h13:00 and h15:00-h20:30
Check IN: from h16:00 (earlier by agreement)
Check OUT: before h10:00

PAYMENT:
50% deposit when booking, 50% cash on arrival
